Introduced as an innovative partnership with healthcare advocates throughout North and South Carolina, Mind My Health aims to reduce the challenges and infrequency many experience in having advance care documents available when they are needed. This project had only begun early phases of development when A Great Idea was brought on to lead the initiative by both establishing a brand and architecting a web application tool that could connect diverse communities to own their own health by planning for care in advance.
Ease of Access
At every step, consideration is made for an interface that ensures every user can view, download, and even share their documents. With decades of experience in responsive web design, the A Great Idea team began the project applying strong user experience principles, including interactive wireframes.
Built For the Future
Mind My Health’s unique approach, the vast network of healthcare partnerships, and leadership of regional and national experts represent a vision in how the future must include universal access to every person’s advanced care documents. A Great Idea shared the room with these leaders for intensive strategy sessions that lay the roadmap for the web application and provide clear guidance for the functions and expansions that drive success.

Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?
Absolutely. We have ongoing retainers with many of our clients to perform regular maintenance and security patching. At the end of each project, though, we ensure our clients’ in-house web management teams have the tools and information they need to manage the website going forward.
