Scalable Information Architecture
We designed the site architecture to grow with IMPAQT GSO—so new programs, events, and resources can be added without breaking navigation or burying key content. Instead of building for a single moment (like Pride season), we created a flexible structure that supports year-round discovery and clear pathways for different audiences. This approach reduces content clutter over time and makes it easier for staff to maintain consistency as offerings expand. The result is a site that stays organized even as the organization evolves—helping community members, partners, and first-time visitors find the right information quickly, without needing insider knowledge of how the organization is structured.
Inclusive UI That Reflects the Queer Spectrum
IMPAQT GSO’s website needed to feel like community—bold, expansive, and affirming—while staying usable and accessible. We translated the new brand into a digital experience that reflects the queer spectrum of community members through intentional layout, color, typography, and interaction design choices. The UI balances celebration with clarity, ensuring the site can support high-energy Pride moments and everyday engagement without losing coherence. Every design decision aimed to make visitors feel welcomed and seen, while keeping the experience intuitive across devices. The result is a digital space that communicates identity immediately—and invites people to stay, explore, and participate.
Webflow Build for Easy Maintenance + Growth
To keep the site sustainable, we developed it in Webflow with maintainability as a core requirement—not an afterthought. We built reusable page structures and scalable components so the team can publish updates, add new programming, and evolve content without relying on ongoing development support. This makes it easier to keep the site current, especially during fast-moving event cycles. The Webflow foundation also supports iterative improvements over time, allowing IMPAQT GSO to expand the site as community needs grow. The outcome is a platform that’s both polished and practical: high-design, high-function, and ready for what’s next.
How do you ensure the copy reflects our voice and values?
We perform in-depth discovery and research on your organization’s writing. This means we pay attention to who you’re talking to and how you’re talking to them. Whether it’s using the right point of view, using a specific grammar style, or capturing a specific tone, our expert copywriters can ensure continuity as well as strengthen your brand voice.
How do you make sure our site is accessible?
We build accessibility into each step of our web design process and stick closely to ADA and WCAG 2.2 standards. From high color contrast to screen reader compatibility and keyboard navigation, we make sure the site works for everyone.
What kind of print and digital design do you offer?
Our team is composed of skilled designers, copywriters, and developers, meaning we can offer a range of design services! Most commonly, we offer custom brochure design services and promotional materials, annual report designs, marketing collateral design, brand design, environmental design, designs signage, and social media designs. Get in touch and let’s talk about your project!
Can you print materials?
While we don’t do in-house printing, we can help you get your materials printed! This includes having final printed materials sent to you or printed near you for pickup. In the design process, we ensure your files are prepared to be sent to printers by ensuring correct sizing, bleeds, and file packaging.
When does the event branding process begin?
The earlier, the better! In a perfect world, getting started with your event or conference brand 3-6 months before it happens gives everybody time to strategize, design, and get all our ducks in a row. We regularly help clients on tighter timelines—reach out and see what’s possible!
