New Politics Leadership Academy

Clearing Up the Path for Public Service
New Politics Leadership Academy recruits and develops those who have served in the military to continue their public service through civil engagement and political leadership. We assisted NPLA with a website update that more easily puts military service members and civil servants on the path toward work for the public good .
CHALLENGE

NPLA needed to clarify what “answering the call” meant concerning their recruitment efforts, but more broadly, to evolve the brand to better reflect the current organization.

REQUEST

Refresh brand collateral including the website to better serve as a tool for recruitment.

RESULT

Along with the site rebranding, we created three new targeted landing pages for the respective recruitment targets.

AWARD RECOGNITIONS

"
Shane is such a pleasure to work with. He's so attentive to the unique needs of our organization and helped us create specific landing pages to better communicate to our specific audiences. Since we've begun using them in our email marketing and cold outreach to potential organizations, we've seen higher conversion rates in responses, open, and CTRs!

Frequently Asked Questions About Services Used in New Politics Leadership Academy Site Update

How do I measure the success of my awareness campaign?

Success varies based on your goals for the campaign. At the beginning of our collaboration, we will define our shared metrics of success. This can include anything from uptake of a hashtag to signups for your event! We set up digital awareness campaigns to be trackable—that way, we can collect analytics that evaluate campaign success to inform your future strategy.

Can you build websites that let people donate or sign petitions?

Absolutely! Your website should be able to centralize sign-ups and donations. Most of the websites we build require compatibility with CRMs like Salesforce or Hubspot, donation platforms like GiveLively, and email marketing or newsletter platforms. No matter your needs, our team will make sure everything works seamlessly and is easy to manage.

What exactly is a landing page?

A landing page is a single, focused web page designed to drive a specific action—like donating, signing up, or registering—without the distractions of a full website.

Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?

Absolutely. We have ongoing retainers with many of our clients to perform regular maintenance and security patching. At the end of each project, though, we ensure our clients’ in-house web management teams have the tools and information they need to manage the website going forward.

How long does it take to build a landing page?

Typically, landing page development services take 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and content needs. We confirm timelines early and keep communication transparent.
